關渡大橋觀景樓：杜象宮
關渡觀景樓，坐落藝術學院的周遭區域，後頂忠義山，前是淡水河。風光明媚、地靈人傑。景觀樓的地點和其相較周遭顯眼的建築設計，恰好正是恭迎當代藝術神明的最佳位置。
自1917年杜象發表「噴泉」一作，無人可以取代杜先生作為當代藝術宗始的地位。「小便斗成為藝術品」的哏概家喻戶曉，藝術不再是象牙塔中被束之高閣，難以親近，被有心人士操弄利用、冰雪可憐的香山美人；藝術成為恰如鄰家女孩般，普遍地、一般地，人人都可以欣賞、人人都可以是藝術家。是杜先生解放了藝術，藝術家們無不鬆了大口氣，終於我們不再是技匠的奴隸；書寫藝術的人們也放下心中大石，從此沒有談論的界線；那些原不懂藝術的人們，也終於因為杜先生的偉業，發現藝術其實簡單、其實單純。
可惜杜先生豐功百年，全台灣的藝術圈時時刻刻掛都念著著他，卻沒有一處屬於杜先生的良地，沒有一個能好好地讓遠從法國來台的杜先生可以舒適安穩、守護藝術圈的地方。
因此我想以這次的行動，藉這次機會，替杜先生做一個來台灣時，度閒的憩所。同時也是一個讓杜先生可以服務藝術圈的各種大小事：舉凡藝術家遇瓶頸無法突破、評論家沒有寫作的靈感、藝廊伯樂找不到千里馬，都可以來請示杜先生，相信杜先生能以當代藝術之力，為各位排除萬難。

Guandu Observation Building is located in the surrounding area of the Academy of Arts, with Zhongyi Mountain in the back and Tamsui River in front.Rich in beautiful scenery and outstanding people. The location of the building and its conspicuous architectural design compared to the surrounding buildings are just the right place to welcome the gods of contemporary art.
Since Marcel Duchamp published "Fountain" in 1917, no one can replace "Mr. Du" as the founder of contemporary art. The concept of "urinals become art" is well-known. Art is no longer a noble beauty that is kept in an ivory tower, difficult to get close to, and manipulated by people with intentions; art has become just like a cute girl next door, universally and generally everyone can appreciate and everyone can be an artist.
It was Mr. Du who liberated art, and all the artists breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, we are no longer the slaves of craftsmen. People who wrote art finally put down the big stone in their hearts, and there is no boundary to talk about since then; those who didn’t know art before, also, because of Mr. Du's great achievements, discovered that art is actually very simple.
Despite making great achievements for a hundred years and being looked up to by Taiwanese artists , Mr Du has no place to stay in Taiwan. There is no place where Mr. Du, who just come to Taiwan from a country far away, to stay comfortably and safely and protect the art circle in Taiwan.
Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to provide Mr. Du with a place to rest when he comes to Taiwan. At the same time, it is also a place for Mr. Du to serve the art circle: if an artist cannot break through the bottleneck, critics have no inspiration for writing, curators have no idea and galleries cannot find excellent artists, they can ask Mr. Du for instructions. I believe that Mr. Du can use the power of contemporary art. , to rule out all difficulties for you.
